BCL-JL clash leaves one bullet hit, 4 injured

NARAYANGANJ, Jan 28 (UNB): A series of clashes between rival factions of Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) and Jubo League (JL) left one bullet-hit and four other people injured in Sadar Upazila on Monday.

One of the injured was identified as Mohammad Ali, a JL activist. He received bullet wound.

Locals said, ward number 10 unit of Siddhirganj BCL President Amir Hossain has an enmity with local Jubo League leader Mohsin Mia and No 8 Ward Councillor Ruhul Amin Mollah over dominating dredging business in the area.
